All projects, meetings and activities organised by the Caravan 2000 movement between the year 2009 and the present are documented here.
These activities aim to bring as many different kinds of people together as possible: persons with disabilities, professional experts, practitioners, economists, businessmen, service providers,
policy makers as well as all the other people who contribute to the fulfillment of the mission and goals of the Caravan 2000 movement.
These activities include
• Intercultural and inclusive youth exchanges; educational and leisure programs and events; exchanges focusing on music, art and sports aimed at developing a dialogue;
learning from one another and expanding the network.
• Job-shadowing that provides insight into the best practices and specific methods and supports intercultural learning.
• Mutual institutional counseling and the transfer of knowledge that provides inspiration for the development of high quality services and facilities for people with
disabilities.
• High-profile events, such as image-building and fundraising campaigns, public discussions by experts to build awareness of the rights and needs of people with disabilities
and other marginalized people.
